What we do

When several people share the care of a parent, the hard part is often not the care itself but keeping everyone up to date. We make plain guides and a printable binder for that: care team pages, handoff sheets, logs and contact lists.

What we're not

We are not doctors, nurses or pharmacists, and nothing here is medical advice. The binder only gives you places to write down what the care team tells you. For medicines, doses and symptoms, ask the doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
